No, Right Home uses the
Internet as a tool to market homes and attract buyers for our listings.
Our team of Real Estate, Mortgage, Escrow and other professionals
provide the hands-on service clients have grown to expect. Rest assured,
we’re real people in a real office, and when you need us- we’ll
come to you, just like
any traditional real estate agent.

How can Right Home actually sell a property for just
2%?
Simple;
unlike traditional agents-- We don't require sellers to pay the 3% fee
customarily reserved for the buyer's representation. Also, we don't need
to split our fee with a franchise broker/owner. And lastly, because we
don't pass along the costs of unsuccessful listings, we can operate on a
lower profit margin.
Do I have the same agent taking care of me or will I never speak to the
same person twice?
Clients will
typically be assigned a specific Real Estate Agent who is backed by a support team. This approach
allows for personal relationships between clients and agents as well as
greater access to information and resources 7 days a week. Additionally,
because we’re a team and our agents are salaried, you’re free to
switch to a different Real Estate Agent at any time and for any reason if
you so desire: no questions asked!

Is Right Home a "For Sale by Owner" service?
Not at all. Unlike some
real estate companies who offer "For Sale by Owner assistance"
for a reduced commission of only 1%. Right Home actually represents sellers and
buyers as a Full-Service Agent. That means we have a legal and fiduciary
responsibility to represent clients in all aspects of the transaction
including negotiations, contracts and disclosures. However, as a community service, we do
offer advice and assistance at no charge to homeowners who choose to sell
on their own.

How do I know I’m getting an experienced
Real Estate Agent?
Although Right Home’s
unique system is relatively new, most of our key people have
been in the industry for many years, some as many as 20. Many agents find
working in the Right Home system to be more rewarding and less stressful
than the traditional alternative. No matter what salaried agent you’re
working with, rest assured there is a senior Real Estate Agent involved to
insure a smooth transaction with no surprises.

Will my house be in the Realtor MLS (Multiple Listing Service)?
Yes.

Why aren’t there more companies like Right Home?
The Right Home concept was
actually predicted years ago by industry analysts as the future model of
efficiency and customer service in real estate. In the future, the
likelihood is that many other real estate companies will attempt to
re-invent themselves to be more competitive with the "
all-in-one" concept. In the mean time, most real estate professionals
are simply unable to give up the lucrative commissions their system
requires them to command. There is currently a similar model to
Right Home on the East Coast that is doing very well. Even one of the
