Listing Manager (Salary + Bonus) 

• Leads 3-person listing team in the successful procurement, execution and completion of RH residential property sales
• Oversees junior agents and is ultimately responsible for overall client satisfaction regarding home marketing services
• Reports to Office Broker
• CDRE License required
• Min. 3 year(s) full-time listing agent experience required

Coordinating Listing Agent (Salary + Bonus)

• Assists Listing Manager in the successful procurement, execution and completion of RH residential property sales
• Coordinates activities before and during escrow, including all inspections, appraisals and negotiations
• Provides relevant and timely information to listing clients, ensuring satisfaction
• Reports to assigned Listing Manager
• CDRE License required
• Min. 1 year(s) full-time sales/listing agent experience required

Senior Buyer's Agent (Salary + Bonus)

• Ultimately responsible for the successful representation of all RH Purchase Clients
• Oversees activities and schedules of field agents and other field resources
• Schedules showings of RH properties and assists in staffing open houses
• Processes all buyer inquiries and maintains accurate records in RH sales network
• Reports to Office Broker
• CDRE Sales License required
• Min. 3 years full-time sales/listing agent experience required

Field Agent (Salary + Bonus)

• Assists in the representation of assigned Purchase Clients currently interested in RH residential property
• Responsible for representation of assigned, pre-approved ME Purchase Clients interested in non-RH properties
• Executes showings of RH properties and assists in staffing RH open houses
• Assists in other field activities on behalf of RH
• Reports to Director of Buyer Services
• CDRE Sales License required
• Min. 3 years full-time sales/listing agent experience required

Client Services Coordinator (Hourly)

• Directs client inquiries to appropriate company resources
• Assists in coordination of field agent activity
• Facilitates client communications and reports
• Reports to Property-Marketing Manager
• No Real Estate License required

 Mortgage Processor 1 (Salary + Bonus)

• Facilitates information and documentation necessary in obtaining timely and favorable mortgage terms for clients of RH and ME
• Reports to Mortgage Team Leader
• Min. 2 years processing experience V/A, FHA preferred

  

Escrow Assistant 1 (Salary)

• Facilitates information and documentation necessary in opening and closing escrow, processing demands and obtaining records
• Reports to Escrow Officer
• Min. 1 year(s) escrow experience
