  PASADENA

Right Home sold Ms. Manvelyan’s home in just three days. The transaction ran smoothly and escrow closed on time. Right Home’s 1.5% listing plan saved her $11,550 in sales commissions. Ms. Manvelyan concurrently purchased a new home in Glendale through Right Home and received a commission rebate in the amount of $2,975.   BURBANK

Because of their growing family needs, the Boardmans needed a bigger home, but did not have enough equity to pay for selling commissions and put a small down payment on a new, bigger home. They considered doing it on their own to save enough for down payment. As they were past clients, they called Right Home. In less than one week, Right Home sold their property. It closed on time and they paid a total of only 1.5% in selling commissions. They saved $18,300 in commissions alone. The buyers liked the mortgage option that was offered and agreed to secure their loan through Mortgage Enterprises, the sister company of Right Home.   REDONDO BEACH Chris Turner hired Right Home to represent him as a buyer. He prescreened the available homes in his target neighborhood.
