Why should I register as a buyer with Right Home?

Right Home is the only Real Estate company to offer this kind of exclusive opportunity. You will be among the select few to gain access to properties that match your wishes and be able to make offers before so much as a yard sign is put up. There is no contract, no fee, no downside.

Will I get to see all homes in the area or just the ones you sell?

This, of course, is just those homes that Right Home is representing. However, we specialize in the Glendale/Burbank communities and have many new local listings each week.

Do I have to sign a contract to use Right Home as my Realtor?

There is no obligation to sign up. If you choose to make an offer on a pre-listing, you will make it through Right Home as opposed to bringing in an outside agent that will add to the price of the home.

Do I have to finance with Right Home?

Although Right Home has on-the-spot financing available with extremely low rates, you’re not obligated to take advantage of it.

Can the agent I’m working with see the home as well?

Since you would be contacted directly regarding a home that is yet to be placed on the open market, there is no need for you to pay for these services. The owners of our listings have agreed to this exclusive period for your benefit, as well as theirs.

Will your sellers pay my agent if I buy?

If you would like. You can request that the expense be added to your purchase price, so your agent may be compensated for any previous efforts at the close of escrow. Or, you could simply write her a separate check.

How fast will you notify me of a new listing?

We will dispatch an email or telephone call to you within 24 hours of the agreement.

How many days do I have to see it?

Each pre-listing will be available exclusively for 7 days only. After that, we will begin promoting it to the total market.

If I offer the asking price, will it automatically be accepted?

No, there is no offer that is automatically accepted. Your bid will depend on many things — your financing, your terms and any other current offers.

How long will my name stay on your list?

We only keep buyers on our active list for 90 days. At that time, we will notify you and ask if you would like to extend the service.

Do you sell condos and units or just single-family homes?

We make this exclusive period available to any seller who wishes to use our program.
