Why is Right Home's fee so much less than independent agents?

Simple; unlike traditional agents-- We don't require sellers to pay the 3% fee customarily reserved for the buyer's representation. Also, we don't need to split our fee with a franchise broker/owner. And lastly, because we don't pass along the costs of unsuccessful listings, we can operate on a lower profit margin.

Will my home be in the MLS?
 

Absolutely. The most powerful technique in gaining top market value for your home is competition. And no marketing approach creates more competition than Right Home's EquityMax home marketing system. Our goal is to expose your property to every conceivable buyer, including those that can only be reached via the MLS. We believe selling clients should be allowed to see every offer, regardless of commission, to ensure they receive the absolute highest net profit.

What are the chances that my home will sell in the first week?
 

That depends on many things, mainly price.  If we are allowed to price your home at it's most strategic level... the chances are very good. Overall however, the success rate for the first week is about 25%. That jumps to over 50% by week four.

Do I have the same agent taking care of me or will I never speak to the same person twice?
 

Clients will typically be assigned a specific Real Estate Agent who is backed by a support team. This approach allows for personal relationships between clients and agents as well as greater access to information and resources 7 days a week. Additionally, because we’re a team and our agents are salaried, you’re free to switch to a different Real Estate Agent at any time and for any reason if you so desire — no questions asked!

Is Right Home a "For Sale by Owner" service?
 

Not at all. Unlike some real estate companies who offer “For Sale by Owner assistance” for a reduced commission, Right Home actually represents sellers and buyers as a Full-Service Agent. That means we have a legal and fiduciary responsibility to represent clients in all aspects of the transaction, including negotiations, contracts and disclosures. However, as a community service, we do offer advice and assistance at no charge to homeowners who choose to sell on their own.

How do I know I’m getting an experienced Real Estate Agent?


Although Right Home’s unique system is relatively new, most of our key people have been in the industry for many years, some as many as 20. Many agents find working in the Right Home system to be more rewarding and less stressful than the traditional alternative.
