A Professional On Your Side Under the Right Home® Senior Protection Plan, in order to make sure that our older adult clients are not only protected but given the extent of service they deserve, Right Home® agents are required to submit any legally binding document or contractual agreement to a real estate attorney of the adult senior’s choice for review and approval before the client signs them. Right Home® will refer the
senior client (62 years and older) to a pre-screened list of independent
real estate
Senior clients are free to select any attorney of their choice and are not obligated to use attorneys referred by Right Home®. When a senior chooses an attorney not on the list then the senior will be responsible for any fees that their attorney might charge in excess of the pre-negotiated fees with attorneys on the company list. What services will the attorney provide? To begin with, we must make it very clear that the client has final say in everything. If an attorney’s service is selected and desired, the attorney will not and cannot “tell” the senior client what to do. The role and purpose of the attorney is just advisory in nature; an advisor, a counselor. If the senior client does not have the means of transportation to the attorney’s office then either a Right Home® courier or agent will take them there or the consultation can take place by phone, mail, and courier or messenger service. |
